We are proud to have represented Community First Credit Union in acquiring a 1.19-acre property within the Wildlight Masterplan in Nassau County, Florida. The new branch at Crosstown Avenue and State Road 200/A1A will mark Community First’s continued investment in growing communities. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2026, making this the third branch in Nassau County, alongside its locations in Yulee and Callahan.
