Proper CRE Secures Lease for Shores Fine Wine & Spirits in Ponte Vedra Beach
We are pleased to announce that we have successfully represented Shores Fine Wine & Spirits in leasing a new location in Ponte Vedra Beach. The St. John’s County Planning and Zoning Agency has officially approved this special-use permit for sales of alcohol for off-site consumption. This 3,416-square-foot building, previously housed by Wells Fargo bank, will become Shores’ 20th store in the region.
